Steak-umm® Fries

  • 15 oz. pkg. Steak-umm® Sliced Steaks
  • 32 oz. bag crinkle-cut fries
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Cut frozen steaks into 1-inch strips and cook as directed on package. Prepare crinkle-cut French fries as directed on package. Arrange fries in a shallow oven-proof dish, add cooked steak, and top with shredded cheddar cheese. Place back in 350°F oven until cheese is melted.

Steak-umm® Asian Wrap

  • 4 Steak-umm® Sliced Steaks
  • 1 medium peeled carrot
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 1/2 small red pepper
  • 1/2 small onion
  • 1 tsp. canola oil
  • 2 Tbsp. teriyaki marinade
  • 2 leaves romaine lettuce
  • Sandwich wrap

Cut the carrot and zucchini into julienne strips; slice the pepper and onion. In nonstick pan, cook steaks as directed on package, chopping steak with utensil as you cook; set aside.

Add canola oil and stir fry carrots, zucchini, peppers and onions over medium-high heat until slightly tender. Add the precooked steaks and marinade; heat through.

To serve, top sandwich wrap with lettuce and steak mixture; roll up.

Steak-umm® Stromboli

  • 6-7 Steak-umm® Sliced Steaks
  • Pizza dough
  • 4-5 slices American cheese
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

Cook steaks as directed on package; set aside. Roll out pizza dough into rectangular shape. Cover the top with cooked steaks, leaving about a quarter-inch border all around. Add a layer of American cheese.

Roll the dough into a log and tuck the ends. Bake in a 350°F oven for approximately 30 minutes until brown. Remove the baked log onto a cutting board and cut into slices.

Optional: Before rolling, you can add fried peppers and onions. Substitute the American cheese with provolone or mozzarella cheese.

Tip: Brush the log with egg white for a brown finish.

Steak-umm® Spinach Dip

  • 6-7 Steak-umm® Sliced Steaks
  • 1 pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup real mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Cook steaks as directed on package; shred into pieces. Drain. Place all ingredients in a small slow cooker and cook on high until cheeses are melted. Mix. Serve with any type of bread, crackers or pita chips.

Steak-umm® Caprese Wrap

  • Steak-umm® Sliced Steaks (allow 1-2 steaks per wrap)
  • 10-inch tortilla wrap, any style
  • Fresh basil
  • Fresh mozzarella, sliced
  • Fresh tomato, sliced
  • Leaf lettuce
  • Mayonnaise (optional)

Cut frozen steaks into 1-inch strips and cook as directed on package. Spread center of tortilla with mayonnaise if desired. Layer lettuce, tomato, fresh mozzarella, basil and cooked steak. Roll and cut.

Steak-umm® Taco Casserole

  • 12 Steak-umm® Sliced Steaks
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. (or more) chili powder
  • 11 oz. can tomato soup
  • 14 oz. can chili beans
  • 1/3 cup sliced ripe olives
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 10-1/2 oz. pkg. corn chips

Preheat oven to 375°F. Break frozen steaks into a skillet. Cook as directed on package. Do not overcook. Season with salt, pepper and chili powder. Add tomato soup and chili beans, cook slowly for a few minutes to heat and blend flavors. Spread corn chips in a baking dish. Pour steak mixture over chips. Top with olives, onion and cheese. Bake in oven until cheese melts.

Tip: This steak mixture is also very good as taco filling. Fill tacos with steak mixture and top with shredded lettuce, chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, sliced ripe olives and grated cheddar cheese.

Steak-umm® Fajitas

  • 8 Steak-umm® Sliced Steaks
  • 1 tsp. canola oil
  • 1/2 small onion, sliced
  • 1/4 medium red pepper, sliced
  • 1/4 medium green, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. fajita sauce
  • Flour tortillas

Cook steaks in pan coated with nonstick spray until no longer pink, chopping with utensil as you cook; set aside on plate covered with paper towels. Sauté onion and peppers in oil until slightly tender. Return steaks to pan along with fajita sauce. Stir to mix. Cook just long enough to heat steaks and vegetables thoroughly.

Place mixture in warmed tortilla, fold in bottom and sides of tortilla. Serve immediately. Serve with refried beans and Spanish rice.

  • Steak-umm® Sliced Steak
  • Tortilla chips
  • Chopped tomato
  • Shredded Mexican-blend cheese
  • Sliced jalapeños

Cut frozen steaks into 1-inch strips and cook as directed on package. Top platter of tortilla chips with cooked steak strips, jalapeños, tomato and cheese. Heat in microwave to melt cheese.

  • 9 oz. pkg. Steak-umm® Sliced Steaks
  • 12 taco shells, soft or hard
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning
  • Diced tomato
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Shredded cheddar cheese
  • Sour cream
  • Taco sauce (optional)

Cut frozen steaks into 1-inch strips and cook as directed on package. Sprinkle with taco seasoning during cooking. Warm up taco shells as directed on package. Spoon cooked steak into shells and add desired toppings.

  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Cut frozen steaks into 1-inch strips and cook as directed on package; set aside. Cook scrambled eggs and fold in cooked steak. Top with shredded cheese, and cover until cheese is melted.

Zingy Steak-umm® & Pepper Sandwich

  • 8 Steak-umm® Sliced Steaks
  • 1 tsp. canola oil
  • 1 sliced onion
  • 1/2 red pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 green pepper, sliced
  • 1/3 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

In nonstick pan, cook steaks as directed on package, chopping steak with utensil as you cook; set aside.

Add canola oil and sauté onions and peppers until slightly tender. Add ketchup, water, vinegar, chili powder and Worcestershire sauce; mix well. Stir steak into onion and pepper mixture. Cover and simmer 10 minutes.

Serve on hard rolls. May also be served over rice.

Hot “Roast” Beef Sandwich

  • 15 oz. pkg. Steak-umm® Sliced Steaks
  • 1 can beef gravy
  • 12 slices bread

Cook steaks as directed on package. Heat gravy. Top 6 bread slices with steaks and half of gravy. Top with remaining bread slices and gravy.
