Steak-umm® Stir Fry
- 15 oz. pkg. Steak-umm® Sliced Steaks
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 yellow summer squash, sliced
- 1 zucchini, sliced 1/2 cup sliced onion
- 1/2 cup sliced red pepper
- 1 cup finely sliced red and green cabbage
Cut frozen steaks into 1-inch strips. Cook as directed on package; set aside. In same skillet in oil, stir fry vegetables until just tender crisp.Return steaks to skillet with vegetables; heat through.
Serve with your favorite stir-fry sauce over cooked rice if desired.
