Vodka Chicken Cheesesteaks

Ingredients
- 1 package Steak-umm Sliced Chicken Breasts
- 1 diced onion
- White American cheese slices
- Vodka sauce, for topping
- 1 hoagie roll or sub roll
- Salt, pepper, and garlic powder, to taste
- Aluminum foil, for wrapping
Instructions
- Cook the Onion: On a griddle over high heat, cook the diced onion until translucent. Push it to the cooler side of the griddle (medium heat).
- Cook the Chicken: Add the Steak-umm Sliced Chicken Breasts and cook for about 3 minutes per side.
- Chop and Combine: Chop the chicken into bite-sized pieces, then add the onions back in.
- Season: Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Add Cheese: Layer white American cheese slices on top of the chicken.
- Add Sauce and Bread: Spoon a ladle of vodka sauce over the top, then lay the hoagie roll face-down on the mixture for about 30 seconds to soften.
- Assemble: Scoop the cheesy chicken mixture into the roll and remove from the griddle.
- Wrap and Rest: Tightly wrap the sandwich in aluminum foil for 5 minutes to let the flavors combine.
