Ingredients

  • 1 box Steak-umm 100% Beef Steak Slices
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1/2 lb spaghetti, uncooked
  • 3 cups beef broth or water
  • 1/2 yellow or white onion, diced
  • 1 (10 oz) can Rotel tomatoes with green chiles
  • 1 1/2 cups Mexican-style or cheddar cheese, shredded
  • Handful of cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  • Cook the Steak: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook Steak-umm slices one at a time for 1–1.5 minutes per side, then chop into bite-sized pieces.
  • Simmer the Pasta: In the same skillet, add the chopped steak, diced onion, taco seasoning, Rotel tomatoes, uncooked spaghetti, and beef broth. Bring to a boil over high heat, then cover and reduce heat to low. Cook for about 15 minutes, or until the noodles are tender.
  • Add the Cheese: Uncover and stir in shredded cheese until melted and creamy.
  • Finish and Serve: Top with extra cheese and chopped cilantro if desired. Serve hot for a hearty, one-pan meal.
