- 1 box Steak-umm 100% Angus Beef Sliced Steaks
- Drizzle of olive oil or avocado oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
For the caramelized onions:
- 2 sweet yellow onions, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Water as needed
For the garlic Parmesan cream sauce:
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1¼ cups heavy cream
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
- ½ teaspoon roasted garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
For the pizza:
- Pizza dough
- Truffle oil (optional)
- Mozzarella cheese
- Chives, for garnish
- Truffle oil (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 500°F
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the onions, season with salt and pepper, and sauté for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally. If the onions look dry or start to stick, add 1-2 tablespoons of water as needed to deglaze the pan. Set aside.
- Add a drizzle of olive oil or avocado oil to a skillet over medium heat. Add the Steak-umm and break into small pieces as it cooks. Season with salt and pepper. Once cooked through, drain the excess grease and set aside.
- Melt butter in a pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant. Add the heavy cream, roasted garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Cook until slightly thickened. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and mix until melted. Adjust seasonings if necessary and set aside.
- Stretch out your pizza dough and spread the garlic Parmesan cream sauce evenly over the dough. Top with mozzarella cheese, caramelized onions, and the cooked steak.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Top with grated parm, fresh chives and a drizzle of truffle oil if desired. ENJOY!
