Pizza Philly Cheesesteaks

Ingredients
- 1 package Steak-umm Sliced Steaks
- 1 diced onion
- 6–10 slices pepperoni
- White American cheese slices
- Pizza sauce, for topping
- 1 hoagie roll or sub roll
- Salt, pepper, and garlic powder, to taste
- Aluminum foil, for wrapping
Instructions
- Cook the Onion: On a griddle over high heat, cook the diced onion until translucent. Push it to the cooler side (medium heat).
- Cook the Steak and Pepperoni: Add the Steak-umm Sliced Steaks and pepperoni slices. Cook for about 3 minutes per side.
- Season: Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Chop and Combine: Chop the steak into bite-sized pieces, then mix in the cooked onions and pepperoni.
- Add Cheese: Layer white American cheese on top (add a few slices in the middle, if desired).
- Add Sauce and Bread: Spoon pizza sauce over the top, then lay the roll face-down on the mixture for 30 seconds to soften.
- Assemble: Scoop the cheesy steak mixture into the roll and remove from the griddle.
- Wrap and Rest: Tightly wrap the sandwich in aluminum foil for 5 minutes before serving.
