In a large pot or deep skillet over medium heat, cook your Steak-umm Sliced Steaks until browned. Chop into bite-sized pieces as you cook.
Add diced onion and bell pepper to the Steak-umm. Cook for another 4–5 minutes, until vegetables soften.
Stir in the uncooked rice, followed by a generous amount of Cajun seasoning. Add the cream of chicken soup and stir everything together until fully combined.
Pour in the chicken stock and stir well. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 18–20 minutes, or until rice is tender and liquid is mostly absorbed.
Fluff the rice, adjust seasoning if needed, and enjoy!
