Ingredients
For the Board:
- 1 box Steak-umm Philly Cheesesteak EggRollz
- 1 box Steak-umm Buffalo Style Chicken EggRollz
- 1 lb. Chicken Wings cooked
- 1 bag Tortilla chips
- 1 cup BBQ Sauce
- 1 cup Salsa
For Queso:
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
- ⅓ cup flour
- 3 cups evaporated milk
- 3 cloves garlic crushed
- ½ white onion
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon chili powder
- 1 cup monterey jack cheese
- 1 cup smoked gouda
Instructions
- Preheat your airfryer or oven to 400F.
- Add your Eggrollz to the tray and gently spray with a little oil.
- While your EggRollz cooks, make your queso dip.
- Melt your butter in a skillet over medium heat, once sizzling add in white onions and garlic. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Next whisk in the flour for 1-2 minutes. It will become thick.
- Slowly pour in the evaporated milk, whisking until all the lumps disappear. Your sauce will start to become thick. Add in spices, dijon mustard and lime juice and whisk in until incorporated.
- Reduce the heat to low and add in your cheeses. Gently stir until incorporated. To loosen up the sauce add in a little warm water and whisk. You can add roasted poblanos or jalapenos right at the end. Serve warm.
- Cook your EggRollz until they are crispy on the outside and heated through internally for about 12 minutes.
