Game Day Beefy Philly Sliders


Ingredients
- 2 packs Steak-umm® Sliced Steak
- 1/2 white onion, sliced
- 1/2 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 pack Hawaiian rolls
- 12 slices white American cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Cook the Beef: Prepare the Steak-umm® according to the directions on the box. Season with salt and black pepper for added flavor.
- Sauté the Vegetables: In the same pan, sauté the sliced onions and bell peppers until they have a nice char and are tender. Set aside.
- Prepare the Rolls: Slice the entire package of Hawaiian rolls in half, keeping the tops and bottoms connected.
- Layer the Ingredients: On the bottom half of the rolls, layer 6 slices of white American cheese first.
- Add the cooked Steak-umm on top of the cheese.
- Follow with the sautéed peppers and onions.
- Top with the remaining 6 slices of white American cheese.
- Add the Topping: Spread mayonnaise over the bottom of the top half of the rolls. Place the tops back on the sliders.
- Brush and Bake: Brush the assembled sliders with melted butter to give them a golden finish.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the rolls are golden brown.
- Serve: Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Serve on your favorite game day platter with chips and a cold drink!
