In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sliced onion and green bell pepper until softened and slightly caramelized, about 5–7 minutes.
Add the Steak-umm Sliced Steaks directly to the skillet with the veggies. Cook for 3–4 minutes per side, chopping the meat into smaller pieces as it browns. Season with salt and pepper.
Once cooked through, layer provolone cheese on top of the steak and veggie mixture. Let it melt slightly.
Open your rolls and place on top of the melted cheese, scooping the mixture into the roll.
