Chicken Grinder Sliders

Ingredients

  • 2 Boxes Steak-umms Chicken Breast
  • 2 c. Munster Cheese shredded
  • 1 Pkg Slider Buns (Sliced)
  • ½ c. Mayo
  • ½ c. Spicy Brown Mustard
  • 1 tbsp. Red Wine Vinegar
  • 3 c. Chopped Romaine Lettuce
  • ½ c. Tomatoes chopped
  • 2 tbsp. Pepperoncini chopped
  • ½ c. Red Onions chopped
  • 2 tbsp. Italian Seasoning, divided
  • 2 tsp. Kosher salt, divided
  • 2 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp. Butter

Butter topping:

  • 4 tbsp. Butter softened
  • ½ tsp. Italian seasoning
  • ½ c. Parmesan cheese grated

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 F. 
  2. Slice your slider buns in half
  3. Cook your Steak-umms chicken in a skillet on medium heat with a little oil and butter. Season the chicken with kosher salt and Italian seasoning. 
  4. Layer munster cheese and cooked chicken on top of slider base
  5. Add your sliders to the oven and bake until the cheese is melty.
  6. While your sliders cook, make the salad topping. 
  7. Add lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pepperoncini’s.
  8. In a separate bowl add mayo, spicy mustard and red wine vinegar, italian seasonings and salt, mix until smooth. 
  9. Add your dressing mix to the top of the salad and toss. 
  10. When your sliders come out of the oven, add your salad topping and your slider tops.
  11. Mix all ingredients in the butter topping together and add it to the top of the slider buns.
  12. Enjoy!
