Cheesesteak Jalapeño Poppers

Ingredients
- 1 diced onion
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- Steak-umm Sliced Steaks
- Favorite steak seasoning
- 5 slices provolone cheese
- 1 block cream cheese
- 1/2 lb bacon, cooked until crispy and chopped
- Fresh jalapeños, halved and deseeded
- Cheese Whiz
Instructions
- Cook the Vegetables: Cook the diced onion and red bell pepper on a griddle for about 5 minutes, until softened.
- Cook the Beef: Add Steak-umm® to the griddle with the vegetables and season with your favorite steak seasoning.
- Melt the Cheese: Top the beef with provolone slices and allow them to soften, then mix everything together once the cheese is melted.
- Combine the Filling: Transfer the mixture to a bowl and stir in the cream cheese and crispy bacon until fully combined.
- Stuff the Jalapeños: Spoon the filling into the halved jalapeños and season the tops with additional steak seasoning.
- Smoke the Poppers: Smoke at 325°F for about 45 minutes, until the jalapeños are tender.
- Finish and Serve: Top with melted Cheese Whiz and serve warm.
