Preheat a griddle or skillet over medium heat. Cook your Steak-umm Sliced Steaks until browned. Chop into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Sauté diced onion and bell pepper for 4–5 minutes until softened and lightly caramelized.
On a warm tortilla, layer Steak-umm, sautéed onions and peppers, and a slice of provolone cheese.
Fold in the sides and roll tightly into a burrito. Place seam-side down in a skillet or on the griddle and cook until the tortilla is golden and the cheese is melted.
