Cheesesteak Burritos

Ingredients

  • 6–8 slices of Steak-umm Sliced Steaks
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 provolone cheese slice
  • 1 large burrito tortilla

Instructions

  1. Preheat a griddle or skillet over medium heat. Cook your Steak-umm Sliced Steaks until browned. Chop into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Sauté diced onion and bell pepper for 4–5 minutes until softened and lightly caramelized.
  3. On a warm tortilla, layer Steak-umm, sautéed onions and peppers, and a slice of provolone cheese.
  4. Fold in the sides and roll tightly into a burrito. Place seam-side down in a skillet or on the griddle and cook until the tortilla is golden and the cheese is melted.
  5. Slice in half and enjoy it while it’s hot!
