Cheesesteak Burritos


Ingredients
- 6–8 slices of Steak-umm Sliced Steaks
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 provolone cheese slice
- 1 large burrito tortilla
Instructions
- Preheat a griddle or skillet over medium heat. Cook your Steak-umm Sliced Steaks until browned. Chop into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
- Sauté diced onion and bell pepper for 4–5 minutes until softened and lightly caramelized.
- On a warm tortilla, layer Steak-umm, sautéed onions and peppers, and a slice of provolone cheese.
- Fold in the sides and roll tightly into a burrito. Place seam-side down in a skillet or on the griddle and cook until the tortilla is golden and the cheese is melted.
- Slice in half and enjoy it while it’s hot!
