Chicken Grinder Sliders

Ingredients
- 2 Boxes Steak-umms Chicken Breast
- 2 c. Munster Cheese shredded
- 1 Pkg Slider Buns (Sliced)
- ½ c. Mayo
- ½ c. Spicy Brown Mustard
- 1 tbsp. Red Wine Vinegar
- 3 c. Chopped Romaine Lettuce
- ½ c. Tomatoes chopped
- 2 tbsp. Pepperoncini chopped
- ½ c. Red Onions chopped
- 2 tbsp. Italian Seasoning, divided
- 2 tsp. Kosher salt, divided
- 2 tbsp. Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp. Butter
Butter topping:
- 4 tbsp. Butter softened
- ½ tsp. Italian seasoning
- ½ c. Parmesan cheese grated
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 F.
- Slice your slider buns in half
- Cook your Steak-umms chicken in a skillet on medium heat with a little oil and butter. Season the chicken with kosher salt and Italian seasoning.
- Layer munster cheese and cooked chicken on top of slider base
- Add your sliders to the oven and bake until the cheese is melty.
- While your sliders cook, make the salad topping.
- Add lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pepperoncini’s.
- In a separate bowl add mayo, spicy mustard and red wine vinegar, italian seasonings and salt, mix until smooth.
- Add your dressing mix to the top of the salad and toss.
- When your sliders come out of the oven, add your salad topping and your slider tops.
- Mix all ingredients in the butter topping together and add it to the top of the slider buns.
- Enjoy!
