Cheesesteak Stuffed Biscuits

Ingredients
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- Steak-umm Sliced Steaks
- Favorite beef seasoning
- Refrigerated biscuits
- Provolone cheese, shredded
- Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- Eggs (for wash)
- Everything bagel seasoning
- White cheese sauce, warmed
Instructions
- Cook the Vegetables: Cook the diced green bell pepper and onion on a hot griddle until softened.
- Cook the Steak-umm: Add Steak-umm Sliced Steaks to the griddle and cook until heated through.
- Season the Filling: Mix the peppers, onions, and steak together, then season with your favorite beef seasoning.
- Assemble the Biscuits: Roll each biscuit flat, then fill with shredded provolone and mozzarella cheese and about 1/4 cup of the cheesesteak mixture.
- Seal the Biscuits: Fold the biscuit over the filling, sealing it closed, and place seam-side down on a sheet pan.
- Finish and Bake: Brush each biscuit with egg wash, top with everything bagel seasoning, and bake at 350°F for 15–20 minutes, until golden brown.
- Serve: Serve warm with a side of white cheese sauce for dipping and enjoy.
