Steak-umm Vegetable Beef Soup

  • Steak-umm® Sliced Steak
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 carrots, chopped
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • 2 potatoes, chopped
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • Worcestershire sauce (to taste)
  • Beef or vegetable broth
  • Seasonings (such as salt, pepper, garlic powder, or herbs)
  • Frozen peas
  • Frozen corn
  • Frozen green beans
  • Cracked black pepper (for serving)
  1. Meat: Cook 100% Beef Steak-umm according to directions on the box, then cut into ribbony strips. Place aside and admire your handiwork.

  2. Make: In a big pot, sauté onions, carrots, celery, and potatoes until they start to soften. Add canned tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, broth, and seasonings. Let it all simmer until the veggies are tender.

  3. Serve: Stir in the Steak-umm strips and frozen veggies like peas, corn, and green beans. Let everything mingle for a few minutes before ladling into bowls. Crack pepper on top and feel the Midwest magic.
