Steak-umm Vegetable Beef Soup
- Steak-umm® Sliced Steak
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 2 potatoes, chopped
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- Worcestershire sauce (to taste)
- Beef or vegetable broth
- Seasonings (such as salt, pepper, garlic powder, or herbs)
- Frozen peas
- Frozen corn
- Frozen green beans
- Cracked black pepper (for serving)

Meat: Cook 100% Beef Steak-umm according to directions on the box, then cut into ribbony strips. Place aside and admire your handiwork.

Make: In a big pot, sauté onions, carrots, celery, and potatoes until they start to soften. Add canned tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, broth, and seasonings. Let it all simmer until the veggies are tender.
