Ingredients
- 1 box Steak-umm 100% Beef Steak Slices
- 1 tsp each garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper (for seasoning)
- 2 tbsp butter, divided
- 1/2 green pepper, diced
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 1 roll premade pizza dough
- 5 oz cream cheese or flavored cheese spread
- 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 tsp garlic powder (for brushing)
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Set oven to 375°F.
- Cook the Veggies: In a pan over medium heat, melt 1 tbsp butter. Add diced onions and peppers and cook for 3–4 minutes until softened. Remove from pan.
- Cook the Steak: In the same pan, cook Steak-umm slices one at a time for 2 minutes on one side, then 1 minute on the other. Chop into bite-sized pieces and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Assemble the Roll: On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle. Spread cream cheese evenly, then layer with cooked steak, onions, peppers, and mozzarella cheese.
- Slice and Bake: Roll the dough into a log and cut into 1-inch slices. Arrange pinwheels on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Melt the remaining 1 tbsp butter and mix with 2 tsp garlic powder, then brush over each pinwheel.
- Bake: Cook for about 15 minutes, or until golden and crisp. Serve warm with ranch or your favorite dip.
