Steak-umm Kebabs


Ingredients

- 1 pack tortillas
- 1 pack Steak-umm® frozen beef sheets
- BBQ sauce (or your favorite sauce)
Instructions
- Prepare the tortillas: Square off the tortillas by trimming the edges so they stack evenly.
- Layer the tortillas and steak
- Place one tortilla down as the base.
- Add two sheets of frozen Steak-umm beef on top.
- Repeat the layering process (tortilla → steak → tortilla → steak) until all tortillas are used.
- Make sure the first and last layers are tortillas.
- Cut into sections: Slice the stacked tortillas and steak into three equal portions.
- Skewer the stacks: Flip the sections on their side and line them up. Insert three long skewers through the center of the layers, as if making kebabs. Cut between the skewers to form individual kebab strips.
- Cook:
- Oven Method: Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 20 minutes, until the tortillas are golden and the steak is cooked through.
- Campfire Method: Place the skewers over a hot campfire and cook, turning occasionally, until done.
- Finish & Serve: Brush with BBQ sauce—or any sauce you prefer—while still hot. Serve immediately.
