Cheesesteak Loaded Tots


Ingredients
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 small yellow onion, diced
- 1 package Steakumm Sliced Steaks
- Your favorite beef seasoning (to taste)
- 3 slices pepper jack cheese
- Frozen tater tots (prepared according to package instructions)
- Queso (store-bought or homemade), warmed
- Chipotle mayo (store-bought or homemade), for drizzling
Instructions
- Cook frozen tater tots according to package instructions until crispy and golden. Set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook diced onion and green bell pepper for 5–7 minutes, until softened and slightly caramelized.
- Add Steak-umm Sliced Steaks to the skillet. Cook for 3 minutes on each side, breaking apart as they cook. Season with your favorite beef seasoning.
- Place 3 slices of pepper jack cheese over the cooked Steak-umm. Top with the sautéed onions and peppers, then stir everything together until the cheese is melted and well combined.
- On a plate or tray, layer crispy tots, a generous spoonful of warm queso, the cheesesteak mixture, and a drizzle of chipotle mayo on top.
