Classic Steak-umm Sandwich


Ingredients
- 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 4 slices of Steak-umm Sliced Steaks
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- 2 hoagie rolls
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sliced onion and green bell pepper until softened and slightly caramelized, about 5–7 minutes.
- Add the Steak-umm Sliced Steaks directly to the skillet with the veggies. Cook for 3–4 minutes per side, chopping the meat into smaller pieces as it browns. Season with salt and pepper.
- Once cooked through, layer provolone cheese on top of the steak and veggie mixture. Let it melt slightly.
- Open your rolls and place on top of the melted cheese, scooping the mixture into the roll.
- Serve warm and enjoy a classic steak sandwich!
