Steak & Egg Breakfast Sliders


Ingredients
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 6–8 slices of Steak-umm Sliced Steaks
- Steak seasoning (to taste)
- 4 slices pepper jack cheese
- 5 eggs, scrambled
- Slider buns (6–8, toasted)
- Chipotle mayo (to taste)
- Melted butter (for brushing)
- Everything bagel seasoning (for topping)
Instructions
- On a hot griddle or pan, cook the diced green bell pepper and onion until softened.
- Add Steak-umm Sliced Steaks and cook for 3 minutes per side. Season with your favorite steak seasoning.
- Chop the cooked steaks into bite-sized pieces, then add pepper jack cheese and mix together with the peppers and onions until melty and combined.
- Scramble the eggs in a separate bowl, then pour them onto the griddle and cook until fully set.
- Toast the slider buns, then separate them into full bottom and top layers (don’t separate individually).
- Assemble the sandwiches by layering the scrambled eggs, the cheesesteak mixture, and chipotle mayo onto the bottom layer of buns.
- Place the top layer of buns back on, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.
