Spicy California Cheesesteak

Ingredients:

• Steak-umm Sliced Steaks
• Red Onion
• Green Pepper
• Pepper Jack Cheese
• Mayonnaise
• Pickles
• Tomato
• Season Salt
• Crusty Sub Rolls

Instructions:

Cook Steak-umm Sliced Steaks according to package directions with onion and green pepper. Season with salt to taste. After steaks are cooked through, add pepper jack cheese and melt until bubbly and hot. Put on crusty roll with mayonnaise, pickle and tomato. Enjoy while hot!

Option: May also add lettuce.
