Steak-umm
Shepherds Pie
Number
of Servings: 4-6
Ingredients:
•
8-12 Steak-umm Sliced
Steaks
• 1/2 cup diced onion
• 2 cups sliced mushrooms
• 1 teaspoon margarine
• 1 lb bag frozen corn
• 4 medium boiled or mashed potatoes
• 1/2 cup beef gravy (canned)
Instructions:
Set
oven to 425 degrees. In pan coated with nonstick spray, cook Steak-umm
over medium heat until no longer pink, chopping steak with utensil
as you cook. When done, set aside on plate covered with paper towels.
In separate pan, sauté onions and mushrooms
in margarine until tender. Add Steak-umm to
pan and mix well. In the bottom of a casserole dish coated with
cooking spray, place Steak-umm and mushroom
mixture. Layer cooked frozen corn on top of Steak-umm. Spread gravy
over corn; cover with layer of mashed potatoes. Sprinkle top of
potatoes with Parmesan cheese. Bake about 30 minutes or until thoroughly
heated. |
