Steak-umm
& Potato Soup

Ingredients:
• 12 Steak-umm Sliced
Steaks
• 5 medium
potatoes, peeled & cubed
• 6 parsnips, peeled and sliced
• 4 cups beef broth (or 4 cups water and one large scoop of Minor’s beef
base)
• 1/4 cup A-1 Steak Sauce
• 1 small can tomato paste
Instructions:
Cook above ingredients
in Crock Pot on High for 5-6 hours, checking parsnips and potatoes
for doneness. When both are tender, add:
• 1 12 oz bag
chopped broccoli
• 1 pint heavy cream
Stir and cook
for another 45 min to 1 hour, until broccoli is desired texture. |
