Steak-umm & Pasta Crumble

Ingredients:

• 7 Steak-umm Sliced Steaks
• 2 large onions
• 2 chopped red or green bell peppers
• 1quart jar of spaghetti sauce
• 1 small/medium box of pasta (your choice of style)

Instructions:

Chop and sauté onions and peppers in a frying pan, using canola oil and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Remove from heat. Crumble and cook Steak-Umm in the same pan with the remaining oil. Boil water for pasta, cook pasta, drain, and set aside. Combine Steak-Umm, onions and peppers in pan, add spaghetti sauce and cook for 5-10 minutes. Serve over pasta with cheese sprinkled on top, and serve with a salad.
