Steak-umm Oriental Wrap

Ingredients:

• 4 Steak-umm Sliced Steaks
• 1 medium peeled carrot
• 1 small zucchini
• 1/2 small red pepper
• 1/2 small sliced onion
• 1 teaspoon Canola oil
• 2 tablespoons Teriyaki marinade
• 2 leaves Romaine lettuce
• Lavash bread

Instructions:

Slice carrot in half and then slice each half into long 1/4 inch strips. Also slice zucchini and red pepper into 1/4 inch strips. Set aside. In pan coated with nonstick cooking spray, cook Steak-umm until no longer pink, chopping steak with utensil as you cook. When done, set aside on plate covered with paper towels. In separate pan, stirfry carrots, zucchini, peppers and onions over medium-high heat until slightly tender. Add precooked Steak-umm and 2 tablespoons Teriyaki marinade. Continue to stirfry just until well mixed and heated through. Salt and pepper to taste if desired. On a plate, lay a Romaine lettuce leaf on one piece of the Lavash bread. Spoon Steak-umm and vegetable stir-fry on top of Romaine leaf, roll bread to wrap sandwich ingredients, and serve.

Serve with Oriental brown rice and a fortune cookie.
