Steak-umm Roll-ups

Ingredients:
•
1 box 7ct. Steak-umm Sliced Steaks
• 1 tub/bar of softened cream cheese
• 3-4 finely chopped green onions
• Pinch of salt & pepper
• Optional: spinach, chives, parsley, basil*
Instructions:
1) Cook the Steak-umm's in a non-stick pan, browning ONE SIDE ONLY.
Move to paper towels (browned side facing up).
2) Mix chopped green onions into cream cheese; add salt & pepper
if desired.
3) After slightly cooled, place 2 Tablespoons of cream cheese/green
onion mixture onto the cooked side of steak slice.
4) Roll up (pink, uncooked side facing OUT) and place in refrigerator
for 10-20 minutes to firm up.
You can secure with Toothpicks, but chilling them usually makes
them stay "rolled up" while cooking.
5) Place rollups into a heated non-stick pan for approximately 2
minutes, turning them until brown on all sides.
Serve Immediately.
*Can substitute chives, parsley or basil for the
green onion. Spinach can be eaten as a side or roll up with the cream
cheese mixture.
