Steak-umm Fajitas

Ingredients:

• 8 Steak-umm Sliced Steaks
• 1 teaspoon Canola oil
• 1/2 small onion, sliced
• 1/4 medium red pepper, sliced
• 1/4 medium green pepper, sliced
• 2 tablespoons fajita sauce
• flour tortillas

Instructions:

Cook Steak-umm in pan coated with nonstick spray until no longer pink, chopping with utensil as you cook; set aside on plate covered with paper towels. Sauté onions and peppers in Canola oil until slightly tender. Add Steak-umm back to pan along with 2 tablespoons of fajita sauce. Stir to mix. Cook just long enough to heat Steak-umm and vegetables thoroughly. Place mixture in warmed tortilla, fold in bottom and sides of tortilla. Serve immediately.

Serve with refried beans and Spanish rice.
