Steak-umm

Ingredients:
• 1 – 10.5 oz. bx. Steak-umm Sliced
Steaks
• ½ - of an 8oz. block of Plain Cream Cheese
• ½ - of a small container Onion & Chive Cream Cheese
• 1/3 C. Shredded Asiago Cheese
• ½ - medium onion, finely diced
• ½ - large green pepper, finely diced
• ½ to ¾ C. Italian blend shredded cheese
• Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Cook and chop Steak-umm Sliced Steaks. Drain and remove all but approximately
2 Tbls. of the Steak-umm drippings from the pan. Add onion and peppers
and cook until soft. To the skillet add the cream cheese (plain and
the Onion & Chive),
Asiago Cheese, and all but ¼ cup of the Italian blend shredded cheese.
Stir until soft and incorporated. Add the fully cooked and chopped
Steak-umm Sliced Steaks to the mix. Stir until incorporated.
Spray an 8 x 8 pan with non-stick cooking spray.
Transfer mixture to the 8 x 8 pan and sprinkle with the remaining
¼ cup Italian blend shredded cheese. Bake at 350° F. for 20 to 30
minutes or until hot and bubbling.
Serve with baguette rounds, crackers, pita chips or tortilla chips.
