Steak-umm & Cheese
Egg Rolls

Ingredients:
• 1 pkg. Steak-umm Sliced Steaks
• 1 Onion, chopped
• 1 Green Pepper, chopped
• 2 tsp. minced garlic
• Sliced cheese (your choice)
• Egg roll wraps
• Salt & pepper to taste
• Olive Oil
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 425° F.
Put olive oil in a non-stick pan on medium-high heat until hot.
Reduce heat to medium and put in chopped onions, peppers, and minced
garlic. Sautee until tender
Break up the Steak-umm Sliced Steaks and add to the onion and pepper
mix. Cook until brown, being careful not to overcook the meat. Season
with salt and pepper, then set aside.
Cover a baking sheet with olive oil, and get a small bowl of water.
Using your Egg roll wraps, place a half slices of cheese on the
wrap, then top with some steak/veggies stuffing. Roll-up the wrap
and tuck edges, seal the corner by dipping your finger in water and
touching the corner of the wrap and fold over.
Place Egg roll on the baking sheet. Continue this until you use
all the wraps and steak/veggie stuffing.
Brush olive oil over top of all Egg rolls. Bake 12 – 15 minutes
at 425° F. or until golden brown.
Eat plain, or dip in ketchup, cream cheese, or Cheez
Whiz, or be creative!
