Steak-umm Bracciole

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients:

• 12 Steak-umm Sliced Steaks
• 4 tbsp Romano cheese, grated
• 1 tsp minced garlic, or to taste
• 2 tsp Italian seasoning
• Salt and freshly-ground black pepper to taste
• 1 can (16 oz) tomato sauce
• 1 small onion, chopped
• 1 stalk celery, minced
• 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions:

Combine cheese, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Spread over steaks. Gently roll and fasten with toothpicks or string. Heat oil in skillet. Brown meat rolls. Set aside. Add onion and celery to the skillet, sauté until limp. Add tomato sauce, heat until somewhat thickened. Return bracciole to sauce and heat through.
