Beef Zingers

Total preparation and cooking time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:

• 8 Steak-umm Sliced Steaks
• ¼ cup sweet hot mustard
• ½ cup minced onion
• ¾ cup minced spicy dill pickle
• ¼ cup canned Real Bacon pieces
• ½ cup chopped fresh parsley, divided

Instructions:

Season frozen steaks with black pepper to taste.

Spread mustard evenly over each steak, allow to thaw.

Mince onion and pickle.

Sauté onion, pickle and bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.

Spread onion mixture and fresh parsley evenly over each steak.

Roll steaks, secure with toothpicks.

Brown all sides in skillet, seam side first.

Add ½ cup water to skillet, cover and simmer for 3 minutes.

Remove toothpicks, garnish with parsley on serving platter.

VARIATION: Use minced pickled peppers instead of minced spicy dill pickles.
