A:Steak-umm® Sliced Steaks and Steak-umm® Patties are not processed on a line where any of these allergens are used. No nuts are processed anywhere in our plant. Subject: Casein Q: Are there any casein ingredients in your products? A: Steak-umm® Sliced Steaks and Steak-umm® Patties do not use casein as an ingredient. Subject: Enzymes Q: Are there enzymes in any of your products, and are they vegetable base or animal base? A: Steak-umm® Sliced Steaks and Steak-umm® Patties contain only naturally-occurring meat enzymes. Subject: Wheat & Gluten Q: I am allergic to gluten. Are there any wheat-based ingredients used in your products? A: Steak-umm® Sliced Steaks and Steak-umm® Patties do not contain any gluten or wheat-based ingredients.
